Transition group learners will focus on gaining meaningful, sustainable employment or volunteer work, dependent on needs.

  • Reduced days in college to support transition into world of work and/or social care input.
  • Consolidation of skills and knowledge to focus on next stages of adulthood.
  • Bespoke programme of course or qualifications linked to chosen employment sector (e.g., Food Hygiene, Health and Safety)

Where appropriate, therapy input to focus on practical strategies to support readiness for adulthood and to reduce over time.
