College governors play a vital role in ensuring the success and accountability of a college.

College governance is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the institution, making key decisions, and holding the Principal and Senior Leadership Team accountable for their performance.

Governors act as a link between the college and the community, representing the interests of students, parents, staff, and the wider public. They also have a duty to ensure that the college is financially sound and compliant with all relevant regulations.
